SKP HUB LLP provides accounting, technology, and property accounting services as described on our website. All specific engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work that details scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

## 3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

– Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation

– Cooperate with us and provide reasonable access to relevant systems and personnel

– Ensure you have the legal right to share any data you provide

– Review deliverables promptly and notify us of any issues within a reasonable timeframe

## 4. Fees, Payment, and Currency

**4.1 What You Pay For vs. What We Cover**

**4.2 Currency of Invoicing**

Invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD) by default. At your request and upon mutual agreement, we may invoice in GBP, AUD, AED, CAD, CNY, or EUR.

**4.3 Payment Terms**

Invoices are due within 15 or 30 days as specified in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). We reserve the right to suspend services for invoices unpaid beyond 30 days past due.

**4.4 Taxes**

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable GST, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the SKP HUB LLP website, including text, graphics, logos, and our logo, is the property of SKP HUB LLP and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For custom development projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, as detailed in your Service Agreement.

## 6. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We do not disclose your information to third parties except:

– As necessary to deliver our services (with our network of experts, who are also bound by confidentiality)

– As required by law

We never sell or rent your data.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKP HUB LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the previous three months.

## 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SKP HUB LLP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

## 9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions related to these terms shall be filed in the courts of Hyderabad, India.

## 10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease.
